Course Price
£590 + VAT (plus reasonable tutor expenses) for an in house course of up to 12 people. Currently all of our courses are being delivered via Zoom online, face to face with experienced expert tutor, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
However “in house” face to face courses can be arranged subject to Covid-19 controls being applied.
If you’re an individual anywhere in the world and requiring risk assessment training, I can also offer this course on a one-to-one basis via Zoom and include all course documentation electronically for £250.00 per person. All you require is enthusiasm and a good internet connection for a great individual learning experience.
Background
Risk Assessment is a legal requirement and a vital component in planning and for health and safety and implementing effective management systems. It makes absolute sense to identify who could be harmed by work activities , consider that harm and then do something about it.
Course Aim
To give delegates the ability to undertake a suitable and sufficient risk assessment in accordance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance and current best practice.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who has to undertake workplace risk assessments. Typically Managers, Supervisors, Safety Advisors and Safety Representatives.
Objectives
At the end of the course, delegates will be able to understand the legal requirements surrounding risk assessments and be able to undertake a suitable and sufficient risk assessment using a simple approach provided as part of the training.

Course Duration
The course is delivered over 1 Day if a practical assessment in the workplace is required the course can be extended to cater for this.
Course Assessment
The course is assessed by a 20 multiple-choice questions covering the course content. A certificate is awarded on completion of the course.
Course Tutor
This course will be delivered by a fully qualified Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner with a minimum of 20 years industry experience in designing, implementing and undertaking workplace risk assessments.

If you don't currently have a risk assessment process/policy/procedure at your workplace, you can simply adopt our risk assessment policy and associated templates provided in handout form (MS Word format) provided as part of the training.
