IOSH (Institution of Occupational Health and Safety) Safety Awareness for Executives
As well as the UK, we have recently ran this course in California USA, Germany and Finland to an international audience with excellent feedback.
Background
The IOSH Safety Awareness for Executives course is established as a standard in Executive/Director health and safety training. Executives throughout the world have attended this course to ensure they are clearly aware of how to protect the companies' most important asset – the people who work for them.
This course is for the people who provide strategic leadership, direction and oversight and set the policy on health and safety. For incorporated bodies this will be the board of directors. In public and voluntary sector organisations it will usually be the senior management board that provides strategic oversight and direction. The principles involved in achieving health and safety requirements are the same regardless of geographical location and legal compliance. So the IOSH Safety Awareness for Executives course is the perfect for use throughout the world in any work environment.
